How do I exchange my empty CO2 cylinders?
You can exchange your empty cylinders at participating local retailers or through our online exchange program. Simply order a refill online, and use the provided prepaid shipping label to return your empty cylinders to us.
Which SodaStream bottles are dishwasher safe?
Our 'Dishwasher Safe' marked carbonating bottles can be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, our classic BPA-free plastic bottles must be hand-washed with lukewarm water and mild soap to maintain their structural integrity.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Please note that because CO2 cylinders contain compressed gas, they must be shipped via ground transportation and cannot be expedited via air.
Can I use my SodaStream to carbonate drinks other than water?
No, you should only carbonate plain water. Carbonating other liquids like juice or wine can clog the carbonation nozzle, create a mess, and will void your machine's warranty. You can add your favorite flavors after the water is carbonated.
What is your return policy for sparkling water makers?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your sparkling water maker in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.
How long does a single CO2 cylinder last?
One standard 60L CO2 cylinder can produce up to 60 liters of sparkling water, depending on the level of carbonation you prefer and the type of sparkling water maker you use.
