At SodaStream, we want you to love your sparkling water maker as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your SodaStream machine and accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
